Come down to the Junction Shopping Center to help the YES Partnership remove a ton of expired and unused medications from Tuolumne County!
When: October 25, 2013 and October 26, 2013, 10am-2pm
Where: The Junction, near the Sheriff’s Community Service Unit
In the past three years YES has helped coordinate five Take Back Days, and in that time over a ton of both prescription and over-the-counter medications have been removed from our community.
If you’ve been before, you know how it works:
- Bag up your old prescriptions – you know, the expired ones, the bottles you didn’t finish off that get shoved to the back of the medicine cabinet
- Find Bob and Dianne at the Junction (usually right around the Sheriff’s Community Service Unit and the old Fashion Bug)
- Dump your old prescriptions into the bins and you’re done!
No names, no questions (except we’ll ask you how you heard about the Take Back Day). We’ll see you there!

Please remember that everything you read and hear about the fire is reported by people, who occasionally get info wrong. Find corroborating sources and stay in touch with family and friends, but try not to panic if cell service goes down temporarily.
